LexVerity Legal Ltd (Company No. 16836431) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We provide consulting on non-reserved legal activities — advisory on the SQE1 and SQE2 pathway and on SRA exemptions for lawyers qualified outside England and Wales — and we operate LexVerity Academy, our SQE1 preparation course, at academy.lexverity.co.uk. LexVerity Legal Ltd is not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and carries out no reserved legal activities. LexVerity Academy is a separate website with its own privacy notice, which governs your use of it.

We collect personal data in a small number of clearly defined contexts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect more than is necessary for the purpose described.
Our website contact form is processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit an enquiry we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the legal service you selected, your message, and your consent confirmation. This data is transmitted directly to FormSubmit.co, which forwards it by email to our inbox (contact@lexverity.co.uk, copied to admin@lexverity.co.uk). FormSubmit.co acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose.
Where you proceed to a consulting engagement, we hold engagement-related data such as your contact and billing details, correspondence, and any documents or qualification evidence you choose to share with us in connection with that engagement.
This site no longer operates a client account or portal. Accounts for the SQE1 course are held on LexVerity Academy (academy.lexverity.co.uk) under that site's own privacy notice.
Where you have given consent through our cookie banner, we collect limited technical data (such as approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit) via Google Analytics 4. Nothing is collected before you consent. See Cookies below for full detail.
