Saad leads LexVerity Academy and the study side of the business. He holds a dual master’s in law, a master’s in cybersecurity, and is an Advocate of the Sindh High Court.

Before the Academy he spent four years in consulting across Pakistan, the UAE and the UK, on contract drafting, compliance documentation, regulatory advisory and legal operations. That included corporate and tax compliance work at Legato 8 Tax Consultancy LLC in Dubai, covering VAT returns, corporate governance agreements and entity formation for the UAE Federal Tax Authority, alongside corporate due diligence and tax litigation.
