SQE1 · FLK2
What FLK2 covers
FLK2, Functioning Legal Knowledge 2, is the second of the two papers that make up the SQE1. It tests six subjects built around private client and property work, and around the practice of criminal law: property practice, land law, wills and the administration of estates, trusts, criminal law and practice, and solicitors accounts. As with FLK1, every question is a single best answer scenario that asks you to apply the law to a short set of facts.
Ethics and professional conduct are tested throughout both FLK1 and FLK2, rather than as a subject confined to FLK1.
FLK2 is not a separate product here. It is one half of the single SQE1 course, which teaches and tests FLK1 and FLK2 together in the same account.

FLK1 and FLK2, taught as one course
Both papers, all thirteen subjects, one account. FLK2 tends to be the paper candidates leave late, because property and trusts feel further from whatever they studied first. See whatFLK1 covers, browseall thirteen modules, or readhow the course fits together.
