Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the category you select, and the message you write. We do not collect anything else through this website.

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. See the cookie notice.

Who processes it

The enquiry form is handled by FormSubmit, which forwards submissions to our inbox and acts as our processor for that purpose. Their processing may take place outside the UK; where it does, an appropriate safeguard under UK GDPR Chapter V applies.

Why, and on what basis

We process enquiry data to reply to you and, if you go on to instruct us, to carry out the work. The lawful bases are your consent when you submit the form, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract once one exists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact. Engagement records are kept for six years after the engagement ends, in line with limitation periods and our accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@lexverity.co.uk. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The Academy

LexVerity Academy runs at academy.lexverity.co.uk under its own privacy notice, which governs your use of that site and any account you hold there. This notice does not cover it.
