LexVerity Academy

SQE1 preparation that connects every topic to the next

Structured study material, a large practice-question bank, and full mock assessments. Prepare for the SQE1 online, at your pace, with material prepared by qualified professionals and checked against primary sources.

The LexVerity Academy study dashboard, showing exam countdowns, streak, level, stage progress, questions answered and a 14-day activity chart.
The same study dashboard on a phone, showing exam dates, accuracy and streak.

Those are the real screens, mid-study, on a desktop and on a phone. Nothing above is a mock-up.

What you get

Inside a subject

Each subject opens as a map of its topics. You can see what you have finished, what is still untouched, and how many questions sit behind each part of it. Read a topic, then answer questions on it while it is fresh.

Inside a subject

A subject page in the LexVerity Academy app, showing Contract Law's stage map, progress and question counts for each topic.

Daily review that comes back to you

Cards are scheduled from the material you have already studied, so the app decides what you see today. There is no second deck to build and keep up to date.

Daily review

A daily review card in the LexVerity Academy app, showing a spaced-repetition prompt drawn from the Trusts subject.
Spaced repetition, scheduled from the same cited content, not a separate deck.

Sample revision map

Built for recall, not re-reading

Every subject carries a map of its rules, tests and key dates. The one below is a simplified sample drawn for this page. The maps inside the app are built out to the full depth of the subject and come with a paid plan.

What learners tell us

Feedback we have had from people who used LexVerity Academy to prepare, shared as themes rather than personal endorsements:

  • Learners describe the practice questions as genuinely challenging, and say the difficulty matched what they met in the real assessment.
  • Some used it for full preparation over months. Others used it for focused revision in the final weeks before sitting.
  • Learners have gone on to pass and qualify as solicitors after using it.

FAQ

Questions about the app

Is FLK1 sold separately from FLK2?

No. It is one SQE1 course covering both FLK1 and FLK2 in a single account. The module pages describe what each paper covers, but there is nothing extra to buy for either.

What format are the practice questions in?

Single best answer: one scenario, five options, one correct answer. That is the format the real assessment uses. Each question carries a primary-source citation and a written explanation, including why the plausible wrong answers are wrong.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. A free account unlocks the first section of every one of the thirteen subjects, including its questions, with no card required.

Are mock assessments included?

Yes. Full-length timed mocks, structured on the SQE1 format, are part of the course.

I have a law degree. Do I still need the material?

Probably for some subjects. A qualifying law degree does not cover everything SQE1 assesses, and the assessment tests it differently from a university exam.

Is the material written or checked using artificial intelligence?

Content is prepared using artificial intelligence to extract and structure the underlying law, then checked by a legally qualified professional before it is published. The person who writes a page does not mark it as finished.

Does the course cover qualifying work experience?

No. QWE is a separate SRA requirement and is not part of this or any preparation course. Broadly, it means at least two years of full-time equivalent legal work across up to four organisations, paid or unpaid, signed off by a solicitor or a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. It can be completed before, during or after your SQE assessments, and you should check the SRA guidance as it currently stands before relying on the detail.

An honest note

LexVerity Academy is a study aid. It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The SRA sets and marks the SQE; we prepare you for it.
