Website terms, privacy notices and policies

You are about to launch, and the legal pages are a template you have not read with a different company name in them.

For anyone selling online who needs the legal pages to match the product, not a template that describes somebody else.

Generated policies describe a business that does not exist. They promise things you do not do, omit the processors you actually use, and name rights and timescales you have never checked. If anybody ever reads them properly, that is the problem.

We ask what the product does, what data it touches and who else touches it, then write the pages to that. The result is shorter than a generated set and it is true.

What we do

  • Terms of service written to your actual pricing, cancellation and refund model.
  • A privacy notice that names your real processors, where the data sits, and how long you keep it.
  • A cookie notice that matches what your site actually sets, checked against the built site rather than assumed.
  • A refunds policy that matches your consumer obligations and what you genuinely intend to do.

What it costs

Priced as a set, or per document if you only need one. A set is cheaper than the parts.

Whatever the figure is, you have it in writing before any work starts, and it does not move afterwards.

Where the limits are

  • We write the pages. Keeping them true as the product changes is yours, and we will say when a change needs them updated.
